Dear Sir,
I have shifted to a new home nearby satellite town ship, Kakkanad and I have asked Asianet Cable TV for shifting the connection to my new residence. After repeated calls and requests, a person came on 13th July and told that a cable wire connecting to TV is missing, therefore you have to take new connection.
New connection is absolutely unnecessary for us as we have the setbox and the payment subscription not fully utlised.
Asianet is trying to mislead us by taking another subscription fee and deposit amount that they gain more.
Asianet Satellite Cable TV Service is very bad and is misleading giving false information and is not at all customer centric.
