On 4th dec a complaint was given to the customer care department about the failure in connection despite my call to their customer care number daily non has called from the service department until today the 10th of dec. A complaint ticket no GA 0805201002737 was provided for no use. Some one who read this please dont take asianet cable TV connection. Irresponsible is the least word to use.
