Poor service

I am a subscriber for asianet cable t.v. at Trivandrum. My Sub Code No. AA02480181 My connection is poor and distorted pictures are received. When I complain, somebody will come and rectify some channels.but not complete channels. I am missing channels like HBO, National Georgraphy, even Doordarsan National Channel.

Repeated complaints do not evoke proper respopnse. Please help me.
