NON AVAILABILITY OF STAR CRICKET AND STAR SPORTS

Dear Sir,

This is with regards to Asianet Satellite Communications Pvt Ltd based in Trivandrum. I have to lodge a complaint against this company as we are not receiving sports channels like star cricket and espn and star sports My Customer ID is GA 00230474 WITH ASIANET SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS Kindly let me know when the dispute with star cricket is going to resolved and when will we recGive the sports channels because i have paid for 5 years in advance to asianet. Please let me know as i am an ardent cricket buff and i dont want to be missing the cricket series between india vs australia starting dec 26th. Else i will switch to tata sky, videcon or airtel.
