I logged a ticket for shifting my connection (as location is changed) from Madhapur to Lingampally on 28th December. The beam telecom customer care is telling they will change it as soon as possible. I called them almost 20 times and they send 20 emails that they are woking on it. But till date (17th January) I didnot got the connection. I have six month subscription but i am not able to access internet for last 20 days.
