POOR SERVICE-FALSE CLAIM

Today I saw an advertisement of channel no. 100 of Tata Sky that they are selling HD for ERs.-. I am Tat Sky subscriber and through my Subscriber ID No. 1000290138I was on chat with Ms. Alice around 11 A.M. regarding purchase of the same. She guided me to book the same by dialing 18604256633. On dialing this no. after 5 minutes of waiting that some one from the marketing team will ring me up on my registered mobile no. 8800448488 for getting the order. No one called me up. In the evening at 5.23, I received a call from Ms. Rabiya from tel. no. 04067284700 stating that I have to dial again for booking the same as the person concerned did not login my request at 11.14 A.M. I was on line with the gentleman at 11.14 a. M for 7 moinutes and he wasted my time and still did not log in my request.

Instead of calling me at the apointed time of about 2 hours, I received a call after 6 hours that too directing me to dial toll free no. again, which I refused. This is the SERVICE OF TATA SKY WHO IS SPENDING CRORES OF RUPEES ON ADVERTISEMENT TO ATTRACT MORE AND MORE CUSTOMERS. NO ONE SHOULD TRUST TATA SKY.
