Sir,
We have charged annual subscription from airtel dth recently but we are facing problem with Setup Box (STB). I have lodged complaint the details of which is as follows:-
1) 01/10 Request No 12372524
2) 02/10 Request No 12389897
3) 03/10 Request No 12422434
But to our supprise the Airtel DTH engineer give various reason to their main office
and close the complaint without attending it. The above matter of engineer closing the complaint without attending it, matters for the company like Bharati Airtel Ltd and it will affect future business reputation of the company as we our living in a society having 300 Flat, sharing common dish antenna.
So kindly request the kind management of the concern department to look into the matter and solve the problem as early as possible
