I do agree that BIG TV Customer Service is pathetic. People in the customer care department are very bad with there communication skills & at time they do not understand your query. The people in the call center need to be trained more professionally & taught how to talk to customers. Giving accurate solution is far thinking... they are very rude on call & there attitude is like you can either listen to me or cut the call.
Most of the time the server will be down...
End of day we are paying for the service & you got to give us a better service.
I have N number of bitter experience which cannot be listed.
A suggestion: PLEASE TRAIN YOUR CALL CENTER GUYS WITH BASIC TELEPHONE ETIQUETTES
