Sir, I am Ravindran working abroad and my parents were now in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. For their pleasure, i have opted for BIG TV on Oct, and which is due on Oct, As my parents were aged while reading the numbers they mispelled wrongly and the amount was recharged wrongly to other person, we found that the transaction was made only after a week, and soon we registered a complaint in BIG TV Customer Care, for which we received an automated mail message saying that you will be replied soon, we too got the reply as

In response to your mail regarding Transfer of account balance, we would like to inform you that we have again forwarded your issue to our concerned management department for the necessary action and the needful will be done shortly.

they sent his mail on nov 21, for our mail dated oct-26th, even afetr sending 2 more mails and keep on calling the customer care they mislead my father to meet the person in the address, where as that person is not the correct person to contact for.

Till now, we have not received any reply from them with reference to the transfer of account balance.
