We have Big TV DTH. One fine day it stopped working. We called up customer care services on for the first time. Logged complaint. Subsequent complaints were also made but each time they commited they will do the needful. One fine day we get msg that call is closed and its resolved. Also, 175 rs were charged from us though no engineer gave his service to us.
We again talked to customer care, and they promised to credit the service charge at the earliest and process the call logged. Even after subsequent calls to customer care no body turned up or gave us a call as a followup or even credited our own wrongly debited money. Even after talking to seniors 2 times and talking to customer care executive n number of times there is no solution.
Ridiculous service... Dont know how to proceed on this...
Inshort : 8 days without cable service, fraud of debiting our account for 175rs, false call close, no followups
