i am a subscriber of big tv. Rs. 175 were deducted from my a/c as visiting charges, when no such visit was made by any service engineer from the company's side. ever since i contacted the customer care 15 -20 times but they would not listen. kindly take the necessary steps regarding this so that i would get a relief.
