Hi i am abhinav, i have to lodge complaint against zoom tv's show bollywood bonanza. It asks the user to call on its number and guess the name of the celebrities whose partial faces are being displayed on the screen. When i called on the number, instead of connecting me to the show, i was asked questions related to bollywood by an automated voice system. i thought by answering questions they would connect me to the show but instead of connecting me, it kept asking questions for 7 minutes without any result. I dont know what was the use of this system, if they would have told me that i was put on hold then i would have disconnected. So there fore by asking me questions continuously and not giving me any information they misguided me and kept me interested just to loot money from me. This show there fore fooled me to spend time on the call, it is a clear case of cheating. My sincere request to you is to please ban the show as soon as possible as these people are playing with the common public's emotions.
