The customer care is bad. When we bought the T.V. no person has demonstrated it after calling them several times. Then after 2 years the T.V. board is not functioning. Then we called the customer care and a person came and told that it will be corrected by buying a new board for the T.V. which costs 3000 or above. Why should we give such amount inspite of not getting a feedback. We have got a warranty of about 3 years. We are very disappointed about your service and we didn't get a feedback from the service. So I have to complain about the Sansui service.
