ADAPTER NOT REPAIRING NOT GIVING NEW ONE

I gave compliant regarding my sansui lcd tv to repair the adapter but company says it's cannot repair i asked them give the new one which i can pay the money executive said it's not available in the market

what i have to do incase the company not provde the adapter is it use and through model
