Poor customer care and frequent connection problem

I got a land connection with broadband internet connection in bsnl porur, people has come to give the connection of landline, afterwards they called me to collect the broadband hub, i went and collected, i asked them to install, they said i ll guide u and u can install, i came to home and installed with my friends help, one years later due to frequent problems i met them again to cancel the connection, they said to submit the hub and all, i did same, but they are keep delaying the things, because of that i wasted my one day working hrs
