Dear Sir/Madam,
May I know, as a consumer how many more days my requirements has been continuously neglected by the local operator concerned and I have to face harassment and negligence. First of all, the filed operational head Mr. Debu Dey (Cell-9593415332) never show any intensity to take care of customer needs. He only knows how to collect amount. He is a big pretender. In earlier mail (tailing mail), I have brought entire issue into your notice but it is appeared hardly any action or step has been taken. Kindly contact them in Bengali language because they hardly know English. Matter also brought into the notice to the Kolkata Head Office of City Cable but not much improvement has been seen.
On last Friday, 15th July Debu Dey (Cell-9593415332) collected amount, and he was also viewed my television Cas Machine picture. It is hardly possible to trace out any person because the entire picture badly broken and it is daily incident. After viewing the worst condition, Mr. Debu Dey admitted that picture was very bad shape and also assured like past he would come next day and also would take necessary arrangements but today is Monday and no action has been taken to recover my badly affected picture. The most important matter it is not only my problem those have been using City Cable Set Top Box, every body badly suffered since two months back and the Local Operator Mr. Shankdeep admitted but does not show any intensity to address the issue & resolve it. Only they pretend & passed false assurance like all right, we would take the matter and resolve it soon/tomorrow. They have been chanting since last June and now even August is running but no action been taken at their end.
Henceforth, I submit my complaint through your channel to take stringent action against the operator concerned and also ensure me better picture. I again tell you the picture completely broken down and not possible for view & the Green signal also now & then OFF & ON mode in spite of switch in ON.
