When I called on TataSky customer care for dropping of sports channel, I was asked whether we start a lifestyle english package free for one month. I agreed with the clear condition that it should stop after one month without any further clarification but as expected they never did it & was continued for 3 1/2 months. Now on calling they say you should have called to customer care for dropping it. Registered complaint at TataSky & was promised to receive a call in 48 hrs but no response yet.
I want refund of the charges levied & if TataSky doesn't respond then how to go for consumer forum.
