I am anjali deshmukh and I had purchased a set top box of BTV-Hathway from Mr. Satish who is a cable tv service provider in shrinagar extension colony, indore.

Later, Mr. Satish sold his service to AGRAWAL CABLE which is located in 1-2, shivbag colony, behind malviya ngar petrol pump, ring road, indore.

Now the agrawal cable is not providing the service through the set top box we had purchased. Our money for the set top has gone waste.

Please give a solution and register a formal complaint against the AGRAWAL CABLE.
