As a viewer i wnt to register a complaint against my local cable operator [ NEON CABLE NETWORK, MATHURA (U.P.) 28100]

who use to broadcasts local advertisements during IPL, instead of regular brand advertisements.

This is surely a great loss both for SETMAX & BRANDS .So, it is my humble request to the COMPLAINT FORUM to take strict action against [ NEON CABLE NETWORK, MATHURA, (U.P.)281001].
