Dear sir,
I have purchased a LCD TV of VIDEOCON company of model no:- Vbl 32hdg and chechis no:- 7607090142701004on date:27/09 from the VIJAY SALES, SURAT.I have been facing these problem since last 12 months. The screen of lcd tv is damaged and the output picture quality of TV is not 100% clear and proper. as soon as i faced this problem i approached the nearest service center available here but i am NOT SATISFIED with their service.so i want a free and proper service or a REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT.so i have approached to you hoping that u wiil help me and give me proper service.
