I am really unhappy with the Airtel customer services which I have received so far. On 18th August, I booked this Rs. 7900 package with 250 cashback and HD recorder and paid in cash to them. On 23rd August my account was activated as I received sms from them. When I got a call regarding installation I just requested to install it on 1st Sep. They were ok with this. When I called on 1st Sep. I was told that my booking has expired without even bothering to tell me. I could have preponed it if they would have told me.
Now I am trying to reach them. Every time I am almost through explaining my problem to their executive, the line drops and ofcourse they dont call back. The line has dropped in all of my last 10 calls at some point and they have never reverted back to me once although they have my contact no. on the file. Shameful...
