Unavailability of channels

Sir,

I am Jit Bhattacharjee, resident of Ashoknagar Kalyangarh, West Bengal. My complaint is that we, the residents of Kalyangarh are not getting all the TV channels clearly.. The channels are not available after channel number 70 just because of the irresponsibility of local cable operator. All the other operators of our locality are providing good service except ours. We have complained this matter to them. But they have not taken necessary steps to solve this issue. We are getting signal of Digicable. Please take necessary steps as early as possible.
