Hi:

I applied for a new digital TV connection on 22 July and made online payment on the same date, I was told within 24 hours the new connection will be installed. Till the time I was making the payment, the customer service agents were really good. Thereafter I did not receive any call from anyone and I had to make calls to the customer service center.

I have spoken to the supervisor and another promise was made, he will make it a point someone calls me with 15 min, however, there was no response from them yet.
