Per my request. the dish was relocated by two technicians from one house to the other in the same compound on 10/12 under WO No.1-5597589223.
After it was relocated, the technicians demanded that I pay Rs.200 for unscrewing and taking down the antenna. I could have done the simple job myself if you had informed me that I would have to pay Rs.200 for the job. Anyway, I paid them Rs.200.
After the technicians left the site, I went to collect the pipe that was removed from the old site but it was gone - the technicians took it. The last time it was installed, I paid Rs.350 for it. I immediately called Akbar at 09225802384 and asked him to return the pipe. He told me he would but despite calling him several times, he has not yet returned the pipe. I want the pipe back.
Right now, as I write this complaint, I ended up paying Rs.900 for the relocation job - Rs.350 relocation charges; Rs.200 taking down the dish antenna, and Rs.350 for the pipe.
I will not pay relocation charges until and unless your technicians return the pipe to me. Please instruct your technicians not to take anything from the customer's house/site that does not belong to them.
I also had to call an electrician to pull the wire in. Actually, when your technicians pulled out the old wire, they should have joined it to the new wire and pulled it along with the old one but they didn't do so; hence, I had to seek an electrician's help for whom also I have to pay.
