Non broadcasting of ddnews through cable oprato

I am a citizen of bhimavaram, W.G.dist, andhara pradesh . cable opretere of said area are not broadcasting the dd news channel which is compulsary to broadcast. we made several request to display dd news channel, but there are no reply at all wheneever the said area is one of big city of andhra pradesh.
