The dishtv which i purchased v.c no.01506055418 on dated 28.11.09. from Bindal Electronics, santoshpur, kolkata-75.which was commited to confim install on dated 29.11. but after so many wating and phone call the person from cutomer service centre came finaly on dated 01.12.2009 at 2PM and insttalled the dish and stb . and after cheaking found the set top box faulty. the servicer person taken repairing and not to change the set. and with commitment to deliver same day.but till today at 02.00 pm i have not received the settop box.when i call to the customer care on the phone no. 03324638207 PREMIER FINANCE 132D, DR MEGHNAD SAHA SA-700029 . they did not give any confimation. Now what should be done. I am waiting for your great response. Iam truely fade with their service.
