Sir, my VC NO is-01501384679 and I have got problems of hanging of set top box and scrambled channels I complaint to dish tv consumer care but result is nil, they say go to dealer and get set to set down load software as your software version is old and you have to upgrade and pay Rs-250/ .
My point is my hardware is serviceable and software up gradation responsibilities rest with Dish Tv hence my set top box software is to be up graded through satellite with out any charge.
