Company does not respond to the Phone calls/derelict consumer by holding line for too long stating their agents are busy

I initiated a complaint regarding no signal on 22/1110 and I was told that their respective technician will come to your home to realign the dish. All efforts to recall the technician went in vain as the service agents is not available on the phone line and not responding. Aggrieved by the response of the service agent I initiated a complaint with the Service Provider, but there too their agents do not respond to the Phone calls, putting the phone line on hold. At one instance I had to hold for 30 minutes but still I could not register my grievances.
