No Service & Cheating by local staff

Hi,

Its been 3 weeks that I submitted request for reinstallation of our Dish TV and till date we have NOT got the service.

The local staff visited my parents in my absence and took the money and later there was no reception of the signal in the TV unit. The local staff demanded further money to look into the issue.

I have been following with Dish TV Call Centre on a daily basis and every time they write back typical answer that the conplaint is forwarded to the concerned department and they would get back to us.

I also asked for the termination of the relationship and the refund of the moeny, still there is no action.

We really dont know what the state is so pathetic for customer service with Dish TV and we feel cheated by their local staff and laziness of resolution of the problem from their backend team.

Would be great if our problem gets resolved.
