I have a DTH connection from DishTV (Zee Group company) with Viewing Card No. 01505302723. I shifted to Gurgaon from Kolkata. Prior to moving of my personal goods I had called up DishTV on 17th March to un-install the antenna (unfortunately I did not note down the request number). Nobody tunred up and I had to request the packers and movers to uninstall the same.
Upon reaching Gurgaon I called up DishTV on 28th March a about 04:00PM and requested them to install the Antenna. The request ID given by them was 56462272. The exeutive promised me that I will get a call back within 24 hours. On 29th when I called up again at about 05:00PM they again promised me that I will get a call back. When I did not get the call I called up again at about 10:45PM, this time they said the call has been logged today i.e. 29th March and I will get a call back within 24 hours. Which was shocking to me as I had called up on 28th and the request ID 56462272 was given to me.
And to add more surprise I received a SMS on 31st March with the following pharse " Your dishtv complaint no 56462272 is resolved. We hope you are satisfied with the resolution. Incase of any concern, call on 18601803474 with your com"
Till today at this point of time while writing this complaint, neither any person has come for installation not did receive any call back.
With a hope that action will be taken against these service provider I am putting up this complaint.
