I am not at all satisfied with the Customer care service and the Distributor of dishTV.
I Discontinued my 3 year old Tatasky DTH Returned the new Airtel connection and got the DishTV connection thinking that I will get a better Service but I am very sorry to say that it has been been the worst DTH experience.
It's 6 days now, my account has not been activated. I called the customer care and everyday I got the same answer - "We have received your mail & forwarded it to the concern department for action" but nothing has happened till now. Twice, I was assured that my connection will be activated in next 24 hours. I waited 96 hours and nothing happened.
I have emailed 3-4 times to the south Zonal Managers - [email protected] & [email protected]. No reply from these guys. I don't know why they are not activating my connection.
