Dear Sir,
I have send application to surrender my Dish TV connection on 15th March. I received a reply from that mentioning that your email has been forwarded to concern department & you get response with in 45 days.
I regularly follow up with them over email & phone but they are not responding me. Not giving any reply.
I have security deposit with me on which mentioned that your set up box should be in working condition. And luckly my set up box is in proper working condition.
