InConsistent services and Poor Response

Hi

This is to bring your notice that info in DISHTV site is different from which they are actually providing to us. For example, I'm in South Family Pack which includes India Cricket pack (including Star Cricket). But we are not getting START CRICKET being a Australia- India match.

When I contacted Dishtv service via online chat, they are telling the DD national (free channel) is replacement for Star cricket for all ODI (being no where mentioned).

Also when I tried their service "MyChannelMyService" for Start Cricket, its saying "Dear subscriber, the channel is available in your base pack.".
