Have Recharged but Not getting the Service

Subject: Recharge Complaint.

With reference to above I have recharge the above VC online on 9th January before the due date on 15th January the same was disconnected on 15th January without any notice, Inspite of repeated complaint & giving all the correspondence the company has failed in giving any satisfactory reply to the same.

Copies of the Emails & other correspondence is enclosed for your ready reference.
