Worst customer service/ Blank Service

Hello,

I am a customer of Sun DTH (smart card#41233477524). Due to the satellite failure, many of the channels are blank. It was first reported on 31st July. We were told it would take few days to get it resolved. After a month again we called up and we were told that the dish needs to be realigned and it will be done in a week by their technician. Another month passed and more channels went blank. On 2nd Nov we were told that our complaint has not been logged yet!!! We were then given assurance that the technician will attend it in 3 days. Called up the customer care again on the 4th day and usual we were told it will take another 3 days. Today it's 11th Nov and again i am told that it will take 3 days to rectify the problem. It's NOT 3 DAYS BUT 3 MONTHS SINCE THE COMPLAINT WAS LOGGED AND IT'S NOT BEEN RECTIFIED. THE CUSTOMER CARE IS FILLED UP WITH A BUNCH OF IDIOTS WHO HAVE A STANDARD REPLY FOR ALL COMPLAINTS. YOU ASK FOR THEIR SENIOR OR MANAGER AND THEY SAY THEY THEMSELVES ARE THE SENIOR GUYS. I HAVE REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT ONLINE AND ALSO SENT A MAIL TO THE DELHI INCHARGE BUT NO RESPONSE.

I strongly advise you to not go with this pathetic provider. This might be the cheapest as their ad claims but only if you get to see the channels!!! I am paying for the set top box with some doordarshan channels to watch...
