Hi, I have bought a new connection (smart card no: 41329427151) two months back. In this two months I am able to see only ten days all the channesls.
For last two weeks I am not able to see any channel. I have registered the last complaint on 11th August'10 (complaint number 1-399685862). According to SUN DTH service assurance, with in 24 hours it will should be resolved.
Till now no one turned back. In this period, i have followed the same for six to seven times for the progress. No positive things turned yet.
On 22nd August'10, I received a message that the issue is resolved although that is not true. Till now I am not abale to see any channel (i.e. Blank Screen)
I gave them a call today (24th August), first they gave a in valid contact number of distributor to discuss the issue. On second time, another quey helper informed that it was not raining at Lajpat Nagar, thats why the issue was closed from SUN DTH side.
I spoken with their senior member Imran and Nashad, their reply was "We cant help you"
Now tell me from where I will get the help!?
