Onida TV (KY Rock Model)
Power Problem

I am Mohanashanmukam, has a TV KY Rock Model and had a power supply problem in it. I coplained it to the ADONIS ELECTRONICS PVT.LTD., Ayanavaram, Chennai, Tamilnadu. They have given me compliant number:753800117 dated 22.09.09 and attened it and asked me to brought to their office for full checkup. I had taken delivery on 26.09.09 from adonis. Same day again complaint given for audio problem, They attended twice to correct the problem that to after pressurised them in their office by contacting MR. Gajendra Babu authority for service centre

After 30 days on 29.10.09 complaint given for Power supply problem. No power supply is coming to TV.

Now no proper answer or visit from them.

I didn't expect such a worse service from the ONIDA people. For such a consumer ELECTRONICS service is the most important thing. The company should take actions to assure the best services, If not

"INSTEAD OF ENVY NEIBOURS WILL GIGGLE OF PURCHASING ONIDA"

I expect the fast action, if you Onida really wanted to lead the market.
