New Purchased Digital TV is Not Installed

To whom it may concern

Dear Sir / Madam

My name is Mohammad Azhar and I'm an Business man and as well as an Exporter.

I had booked New Digital Tv connection online on Dated 25 March.

And I had Payed 1590.00 Indian Rupees through My Andhra Bank Credit Card.

I have Recieved the SMS Text Message with Customer ID 3010027198 from the Airtel.

After Purchase the company has Installed the Connection on dated 24 April almost after one month later, when I Had made Many Calls and I requested Kindly Install the New Connection. I always used My Personal Mobile (0091-9927507868) and My Office Tele Phone No 0562-4001812.I have all Call records on my Android Mobile.

Every time the Company Representative told me You will get the call From Our Company and we will give you the Best Service But I still wait for the Call and the service, and Neither I have Recieved any Call.

I always thought about Airtel, That this company is one of the good service Provider Company. But I was wrong this is one of the Worst Experience in My life that I had Purchased a New Connection From Airtel.

Today is 25 of April And I still wait for the Answer from the Airtel.

I still wait for connection, I still Got message on my TV screen Error 6.

Is there any one who can solve my problem...???
