My name is Deepak Shinde, a resident of Thane. I wanted to have Videocon DTH to installed at my home, I called up Justdial services (022 28888888) to know your dealer. I was provided with the details of M/s Kaushik Enterprises having office at 3, Divya Darpan, Appollo Complex, R.K. Singh Road, P P Road, Andheri East, Mumbai 400093.
As I am working person, I do not get time expect Sunday to call for installation, hence I requested the above firm to install DTH today (i.e. June 20) itself. Some Mr Kaushik / Mr Rajesh spoke to me & have confirmed that on deposite of full cash payment istallation will be completed today itself. They sent their representative to my home to collect payment & deliver Go Live Kit. I handed over Rs 1690/- cash to their representative who has delivered Go Live Kit to me. He confimed to me that the installation will be completed today itself. The same was confirmed to me over phone by Mr Kaushik & Mr Rajesh again.
Mr Kaushik also confimred that he would send me the registration ID & othe details by sms immediately in 30 min. but I havent received any sms from him. I waited till 4 pm for the call from Kaushik Enterprises / Videocon for installation but to my surprise no one called me. Afterwards I stared calling Mr Rajes, Mr Kaushik, Mr Hemant Jain to know the status & speed up the process of installation. The nos which I called are 9892388230, 9967467007, 9867445852 & 02264268180 but nobody answered my call.
This show the how focused you & your dealers are towards the customer centricity & customer satisfaction. I am totally disappointed by the services of Kaushik Enterprises, Andheri.
I have been cheated by Kaushik Enterprises, Andheri. I request you to help me recover my money from them. I also request you to help me terminating their dealership of such a fraud agency with immediate effect.
