Reliance big tv recharge voucher
Not able to recharge

Hi..i purchased reliance recharge voucher for reliance big tv of 200 rs..but i am unable to do the recharge..customer care telling to return it to shopkeeper and shopkeeper telling to ask customer care..what should i do now..please help me.
