I am an old Dish TV consumer. For some reason it was disconinued, but as cable is no longer exists in Delhi, I wan to recharge Dish TV.On 22nd Oct.12 I recharge it for Rs.200/- but as the massage in Tv showes "Recharge your A/c", I again recharge it for another Rs.200/-and contacted Customer care (18601803474) for not receiving chanels. I talked to many and also three Seniors namely Anil Kumar, Ankit Rastogi and A Singh, who assured me to get technician"s services within 24 hrs. But till today (03.11..2012 no boby came to me. Now I have taken another service from my cable operator and wantt my money back from Dish TV and a compensation for neglecting a valued customer immediately.
