I bought a LED from HariOm Electronics, Rohini on 22nd October and a Dishtv connection which after lots of hue and cry got installed at my residence on 27th October exactly after 5 working days, which is 2 days more as per company boast for 72 working days i.e. 3 days. I felt the road to misery ended and now my family and I can enjoy the services provided by Dishtv but there was something else in store for me. On 30th October I requested a child connection and was verbally promised by the dealer it will be done within 24 working hours, which was as expected never happened. On non installation of child connection I finally got a complaint number from the customer car (103006072). More over I haven't received any revert on my complaint till date 6th November. I even have been requesting if they are not able to install the child connection, can refund so I could ask my cable operator to provide me with a set top box which I am 100% sure will be installed in less than 30 minutes - Just as Domino standard delivery time...!!!
