dear sir,

On my complaint regarding display problem i got immediate response mentioing that 35% discount will be offered on display, I denied for same. It has been told that they will speak to management and come back to us.surprisingly in evening i got call from pune service center Mr Rathod who told that we will offer the discount of 20%. This type of confusion i am seeing since my compliant.

Initially CEO office told that they are waiting for part and once it is available it will be replaced. There after we received the call from samsung that they are in receipt of complaint regarding fridge and their engineer will visit the location etc initially mail and communication from CEO indicates free replacement of displays however thereafter they maintained that matter is referred to service center and thereafter Response only mentions that we can do maximum this i.e. offering 25% discount. No efforts are being made to find out the cause for quality problem.

After putting the complaint on this website we got call from HO that the discount can be 35% and it is final call.surprisingly they are offering only 1 months gurantte.on display. It shows that samsung is not confident that after replacing the display what is life of display? How Samsung is expecting that customer should go for replacement that too payable which they themselves are not confident. The recall for batteries of nokia, cars by toyato are examples of quality consciousness Another examples are

However samsung does not feel that electronic products can be zero defects. As per them 90% customers are writing the good reviews indirectly they do not bother for 10% customers who are getting the inferior quality samsung goods. This was not expected from reputed companies like Samsung.with responses it seems that company is not bothered about customer satisfactions and mouth publicity.

10% dis-satisfied customer can lead to complete dis-satisfactions of customer group.i understand from your mail that being at CEO office also you can only refer to service department for repair but not accept that it is inferior quality manufacturing defect or poor quality of inputs being used.

I really do not understand how the company like Samsung can behave like this. Sale the defective pc and then offering discount without bothering about customer status. Actually company should trace out the lot of display and voluntarily recall all the LCD manufactured from said display's..It has been surprised how company is asking customer to pay for the same.

I hope that company should voluntarily take care of loyal customers and give free replacement for such defects for which customers are not responsible at all.

If company really cares for customer they will respond positively.
