Hi,
I have taken one year subscription with south Indian package. As such I am unable to see many channels. Now, TV9 news channel is also disconnected. The displayed message is "smart card pairing error, contact customer care".
I have been trying to speak with customer care executive from last one month on its toll free number (18002009001). Every call is taking more than 2 mins of valuable time & disconnects abruptly. It is irritating & disappointing. I have even approached local dealers who say we can't help as they don't have other numbers.
Pls. advise and get me a justice.
