I have placed a request for relocation of my Videocon D2H on 7th June. I have got SMS saying, request would be entertained within 24 - 48 Hrs. but I haven't received a single call from them.
Today (10th JUNE), I was driving and hence couldn't pickup the call. with this reason, my work order has been cancelled for no reason. I have checked with Customer Care but didn't get any satisfactory response (they said, engineer updated the remarks). this is really bothering me as complaint/request hasn't been honored as promised.
For the same, I had to raise one more request.
Moreover, I was trying to reach Circle Officer Mr. Sandeep Singh & Nodal Office, P Radhakrishna (i have got their names and contacts from Videocon D2H site). but both phones rings, but nobody picks it up.
This is reqlly frustrating...
