My smart card number 200931117688, i had purchased Reliance Big TV HD DVR and its not working ..I had purchased it for its feature of recording only. I had given many complains but no responds yet.
Nodal officers s telling i have only the option to downgrade which iam not interested.
Kindly replace or refund my cash paid asap.
