NO BONUS ASPER SCHEME

I have a TATA SKY DTH connection (User ID- 1075797934), I had paid Rs.400 through online on evening of 03.01.2013 while the monthly recharge was being due on midnight of 03.01.2013. In spite of payment made in time, the service is being unavailable upto the evening of 04.01.2013. I have tried many times to contact helpline but no call recevied by customer care. At evening of 04.01. I attend a call from tata sky helpline. She told me that my payment will be returned within two- three days and you have to pay an another payment for recharge. I recharge my account again for Rs.400/-.on 04.01.2013 but bonus of Rs.15 is not received. So, you are requested to provide me bonus of Rs.15 etc because this is fault at TATA SKY level.
