I am an Airtel existing customer for about 8 months.

Past 7 months was really wonderful experience that too on my new full HD LG 42 inch TV.

Trouble started on the 8 month when there were intermittent outages, just convinced myself that due to intermittent rains in Chennai this was quite common.

Last week there were serious issues that it completely stopped receiving signals.

I was really patient enough to call the customer support about 8 times and explain them the problem right from the scratch.

I hope call centres can see the history of my problem but everytime I had to explain all over again to them and a tech engineer was supposed to come every next day I called them and still I am expecting him, I can rightly call him Mr. X 007 as the call centre person cannot give the name / number or even the airtel office location from where he is supposed to come.

I have an Airtel broadband / Airtel landline / Airtel mobile and I do promote Airtel to my friends and relatives but now have to rethink on recommendations I make.

Now that Analogue services will cease to exist by I would request to management to define SLA's to meet for the techs and retain customer to have a better market share.

At this point of time, I am also looking if the management see my concern and address it.
