Poor Customer care Service, Recharge failure

Hi,

This is with regard to Airtel Digital TV.

Their IVRS Customer Care Service is horrible and no executive would pick the phone to answer.

Recharge fails and not able to see the required channel. But the amount will be deducted!

Dont know what Airtel guys are doing there?
