Digital tv cuting the money

Dear Sir,

I have taken Airtel digital t.v connection on last one & half years each and every time while recharging time they decresing the date atlist for two days.i had done recharge last month but they asked this time double the amount they keep saying i had not paid from last two months and if i dont recharge within time limit my connection will cut.my register mbl no is 9970952499.my id no 3001008913.
